In full: My fourth time of running this event and I can never tire of it. The scenery, warm welcome and all around experience makes it a must for any one wishing to tackle a challenging course.

In short: Dull! The first 4 miles seemed to go for an eternity as the run re-visited a business park over and over again. Ok once away from there but too late to rekindle ones enthusiam.
