In short: Pretty well organised, friendly event. Stunning scenary - not a bad way to spend a weekend!
In full: Great views over the loch. Watch out for that hill between 18 and 19 miles! Start felt a bit rushed as not enough loos where the coaches dropped us off. Good friendly atmosphere, plenty of support from the marshalls. Great t-shirt, medal and goodie bag. Soup ran out at the post-run meal which was a bit disappointing. All in all, a pretty good event and would definitely consider doing it again.

In short: Tough climbs, but the down hill sections make up for it. Good atmosphere and organisation. Great meadal design!

In short: Good quick route, friendly atmosphere
In full: Fast route with strong PB potential. Finish was a bit chaotic with one person writing down numbers as you finished - fine if finishers come in dribs and drabs, but doesn't work very well if there's a mass finish.

In short: Awesome scenary, great atmosphere & fab format. Well organised event that I'd recommend to anyone.
In full: The route was great - really challenging ups with views that make all the effort really worth while. Brilliant atmosphere between the teams. Good shindig afterwards. Can't wait until next year! Well done Martin & Chums.

In short: A good race for half-marathon virgins. Friendly atmosphere.
In full: Good flat course with a nice mixture of urban and parkland running. Plenty of opportunites for supporters to exercise their vocal chords which was very much appreciated. Well organised. Although this wasn't my motivation for running, a bit disappointed with the goodie bag - more things in there for the wife! Would certainly consider doing it again. Thanks for a good first half-marathon experience.

In short: Good varied course including shark in the pond! Friendly atmosphere
In full: Good event, definitely up for it next year. Could have done with more water on the course due to hot day.

In short: Well organised, friendly atmosphere. Good course, if a little narrow. Recommend to beginners.
In full: This was my very first race, so was unsure what to expect. The information supply was good and it was easy to find things once I'd arrived, from the registration tent to the start line. A good friendly atmosphere; all standards were welcomed and there was plenty of banter at the start. A good course, if a little narrow at the start, but this made sure that I didn't set off too quickly. I would recommend this to race-virgins.
