In short: Another great run
In full: My favourite road race. Maybe I'm biased because it's my local race, but this is a calendar highlight.

In short: Really nice, friendly event. Great scenery.
In full: A big event from a small club! Smoothly run and friendly. Well done for organising the weather. And beer too. Just need to work out how to run a bit faster now...

In short: Splendid race
In full: Good outing, with a mix of terrain. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. I was going to mark down the PB potential, but I guess I now have a best for the classic 6.75 mile distance. Beautiful crisp cool day, that road climb was nothing but a nuisance though!

In short: Good event
In full: Smooth organisation. Well done for a debut event. More singletrack, twisty bits and mud next time please! Good foresight booking the weather.

In short: You'll probably already know if you want to do this
In full: It's in Yorkshire! It's a marathon! It's offroad! The title tells you a lot of what you need to know. Strangely enough, they haven't gone out of their way to make it crazyhard. Lots of welcome contouring making up the distance and a real variety of terrain - moorland, rocks, roots, grassland, hardpack trails, cowfields, and a (very little) road. Nice course. A recce/study of the map/knowledgeable person to follow would all help. I don't know what people are complaining about - I've got a new PB for the distance :)

In short: Great course
In full: Great course, enjoyed all the overlaps with faster and slower runners. Couldn't care less about the goodie bags.
