In short: Lovely rural course in the sunshine with terrific support all round the course. The downside for me was the lack of ladies toilets, the queue was far too long at 8.55 a.m. for me to go to the loo and drop my bag at the baggage queue.

In short: I found this a challenging course, lots of hills which I loathe, but a very picturesque route through woods and across open fields, good for the soul. I'll be back to improve my time
