In short: Mountain bike are a hazzard
In full: Why with so many marshalls did two women on mountain bike get on to large parts of the course, one of whom had a child on the back and no helmet. At laest they were distracting and a potential hazzard. This is a good race but you need to ensure our safety

In short: Your taking the p*** by not bothering with the right medal
In full: What a joke , we have a double gold olympic medalist starting the race with his medals and you couldn't be bother to give us an 09 medal - shame on you , we give you our money, travel at our own cost to the event and train without a memento. Disgraceful - a mars bar at the end summed up your commitment and attention to detail.

In full: You've put me off running. If you organised this event and read this i hope you have the decency to offer all this years runners a free place next year and put on a decent race in 09. I spent 4 months preparing for this race and had charity support only to be disappointed from the moment i arrived to the moment i left. "thanks for nothing"

In short: Hats off to Compton Best Race Ever !
In full: Fabulous Marshalls and very good looking too, the women that is !! By far the best small race on the sporting calender with fab. views and brilliant routes. For a club with 12 members to get this organised you all derserve a medal. Will be back next year and maybe just maybe i'll go for the 40. Thanks to all at the Compton Club especially the marshalls (kids supporting runners in arctic conditions need a special mention). Will tell all my friends and see you next year for another view of the Berksire Countryside !!!

In short: F***ing Dangerous - Where where the Marshalls ????
In full: At the last water station i had to dodge a cyclist and what do all the earlier finishers think their doing showboat by running back on the course. OK, well done fast runners you've finished eraly but why do you and why are you allowed to run back on the a last miles of the race route? while other competitors are still racing. Go and warm down somewhere else and stop showing off . PS What are the marshalls doing leting them back on the course when a race is on ????
