In short: Great race in a quiet countryside location
In full: Flat fast course makes this excellent for PB hunters. Quite a gusty headwind this year on the run out, but turned into a nice push in the back on the return leg.
Thoughtful touch to have the race organiser shaking each finishers hand at the end

In short: Very well organised, considering this was the first running of this race. Scenery improves once you get out of the industrial estate!

In full: If you don't like mud, don't consider this. If you want a mixture of road, soft and very soft off-road conditions, this is the race for you.
