In short: Great 1st time effort
In full: Don't think I trained like I should have for this race - the hills in the 1st half really caught me out, and unlike others I don't remember any downhill bits! Finishing on the track was really good - don't know where my sprint finish came from. Nice medal as well.

In short: Blimey, that was hard...
In full: A lot harder then i expected, but then 2 weeks of unhealthy living probably didn't help. As people have said, distance markers would have been nice, and the barrier at the start was a bit bizarre, but apart from that a really good race.
Incidentally, did anybody GPS it? Was it really 6 miles dead?

In short: Not as flat as I thought...
In full: We had none of the parking problems others have had - we arrived at around 8.20 and were directed to gate 2 - although there were no signs around.
I ran a pb, although the 'undulations' got bigger each time around, and the ramp up to the stadium at the end was sadistic.
Overall I enjoyed it, the scenery wasn't great but its where people live, so perhaps some respect is due...

In short: Really good race, excellent organisation, great place to run. A little crowded at the start which meant a slow 1st km, but fine after that. Good goody bag too.h
