In short: Hard, Hard, Hard
In full: This is the best and hardest race of the year. Now on my 3rd run of this, I wouldn't miss it for the world. This was by far the most challenging route, which for me, made it twice as tough

In short: Now that Dr Rob has made the race even harder, it's much better.
In full: I love doing the knacker cracker, it's a great start for each new year. It starts hard, then gets a little bit harder, and then it's pure torture going up the steps in the final kilometre. The marshals were great, the Grim Reaper at the top of Juniper Hill and nice touch. Dr Rob's races are always a friendly affair, with the national anthem at the start cementing this.

In short: Great evening race, love it
In full: I did this last year and now again. It is a good freindly race that can be fast if you want it to be (of course you need the legs and I didn't). It has a great finishing straight.

In short: The marshalling was great and everyone, runners, marshals, spectators were all very encouraging. Very well marked course, with a little humour thrown in, it started the year off well.

In short: Really enjoyed this event, the Marshalls were extremely encouraging and helpful. Happy atmosphere, even though it was raining. I will defiantly do it again next year.

In short: Really enjoyed the race, had a good atmosphere and the weather was wonderful
In full: A good up and down course, with a varied terrain. I liked the first climb at the start and even the last short, sharp climb at the end, however, I found that I start too quick and suffered as a result in the last half.

The organisation was very good, but there weren’t enough toilets really.
