In full: great experience for a first time 10k racer , as at the back the bottle neck had fizzled out , plenty to do for family who are waiting , great reception from the locals , great goody bag, but did find it more hilly then undulating . but a great day out

In short: I did the 5k , much better organised than last year, luckily the mix up over directions had cleard when we got there , but very slow at taking the numbers down
