In short: Cannot thank the London crowds enough, your support was second to none!
In full: My first London marathon, and i just did not realise how speacial a race this was going to be, going from the good for age start, it was PB heaven, facilities were great, enough loo's which is always important, and the crowds from mile 1 to mile 26 where unbelievable. I will hopefully be back year after year, this race took me 5 years to get into, and after seeing my family at mile 22 i'm not ashamed to say it got a bit emotional. Thank you London for making my weekend one i will never ever forget....and a marathon PB to boot!

In short: Hellrunner up North is back to it's best this year
In full: Having done this race for the past 4 years, this was without doubt the best yet. Cold, very muddy, extremely wet, hills of hell, bog of doom, and the new lake crossing make this a truly memorable race. The atmosphere was brilliant, people helping each other on hard sections and having a laugh as well. Doing it dressed as a Squirrel certainly made it harder, but very happy with my time, more people should do this in fancy dress! i will be back next year 100%. I think this is my favourite race of all time

In short: My first time doing this one, and i was not dissapointed, great value for money, superb organisation, and the water and sponge stops and showers made this a great race, as it was pretty hot on the day, and a lovely brew at the end!

In short: Hellrunner is back to it's very best
In full: This was my 3rd year of doing it, 2009 was very hard and approx 11 miles, 2010 was poor as advertised as 10-12 miles but was only 8 ish. So to do 11 miles this year and some parts through a new course was excellent, and refreshing. The bog's were deeper and the hills steeper. And rather than it being cold it was very warm which was challenging in itself. All runners were very chatty and everyone was helping each other through the bogs and up the hills. Another wather station would have been great, thats really the only bad thing i can say, and car parking this year was brilliant. And i got myself a red rubber ducky so won a prize! Well done Trail Plus for organising a great race...my favourite race of the year!

In short: Total Warrior will get much better next year. i did the 10k
In full: If you booked early enough then it was worth the £40 entry but might be a bit steep if you left it until the last few months. Tough course with some great obstacles, but some could have been better, im sure total warrior will listen to the feedback as it was only it's first year. well done on an excellent race
