In short: Great day in the forest
In full: Entry price was on the high side but organisation, event village and goody bag justified the price. Wave start was good it meant there weren't too many runners on the course at one time but there were enough so you didn't feel on your own. Course was hillier than expected but not too tough. Overall would recommend.

In short: Good, fairly challenging 10k 3 times around the track at Castle Combe.
In full: Overall a good race, the course is mildly challenging. More hilly than I was expecting (they weren't large more long and gentle). As the circuit is exposed even though it was a warm mild day there was quite a head wind at some points. Not much to look at on the way round. Good facilities, although food rather expensive, ran out of goody bags though, would recommend as an good race but there are nicer ones out there.

In short: Excellent 10k in great surroundings
In full: Excellent 10k in great surroundings, good mix of club runners and recreational runners, reasonably challenging no large hills but long steady climbs (especially the first one from around 1km to 2km) well organised with a good friendly atmosphere.

In short: Good organisation lacking in atmosphere
In full: Good organisation wave start worked well with most runners in the correct waves. Course fairly flat (pb achieved!!), scenary ok but not as good as I was expecting having never been to Hyde Park before. Atmosphere ok, sections of the course packed with spectators other sections you got the feeling the run was an inconveniance to the park goers. Goody bag good. One bad idea, meeting flags were moved after the race had started leaving many confused finishers and spectators!!
