In short: Really friendly race
In full: This was my first 10 miler - and well done to the organisers for making it fun, friendly and welcoming. The hills weren't that bad at all and I loved the (long) sleeved t-shirt at the end. Well done all. Looking forward to next year's already.

In short: Hills not as scary as previous reports have made out!
In full: Really enjoyed this today - well organised, lovely to have the Town Hall to keep warm and meet friends in. Yes, there was a queue for the baggage but it was moving and well organised. Some grumbles on here about parking, but was able to park for free and quite close on some local streets (um ... turn up early next time?!). Agree with the grumbles about the iPods though - they were expressly forbidden in the race notes so I wish it was enforced by the marshalls, but hey, they shouldn't have to ...

Really enoyed this, but then having taken 15mins off my pb, I guess I'm biased. Will come back next year. Well done all.

In short: Not a bad way to get into racing again
In full: Like many, I'm disappointed at the lack of organisation, and quite peeved to learn that the accuracy of the race distance and therefore my time was debatable - not great when lots of people want to run a good time as well as raise charity cash. Not sure if I'd do again.
