In short: Festive must, bring on the mud!!
In full: First timer to this event, not raced since August and certainly not done any off-road, but this was a delight as much as a challenge! 90% of mud and water along with quite a strong wind didn't make it PB material ... but it was just for the pure fun of it that I entered, and it was certainly that. Great organisation, brilliant marshalls and fantastic festive goody bag. A bargain, this will be going in the calendar for next year. Well done everyone.

In short: Pleasant, mid-week run.
In full: First time of completing this course and would certainly do again. Very low-key event but well marshalled with plenty of encouragement for runners before, during and after the event. Well done Spectrum Striders, the flowers were a really nice touch to a pleasant evenings run.

In short: Great value, beginner friendly, local 5 miler
In full: A great little race that is well organised, popular by runners of all abilities and great to be involved in. This is the second time I've done this race and it is one well worth the entry fee. Thanks to all the marshalls and organisers - fantastic day.

In full: First "bridge" run and despite a bitterly cold day, the organisation and atmosphere more than compensated - I entered on the day with no problems, there was tea at the finish with hot x-buns - a bus to take runners back to start and at a bargain price! Super race.

In short: Superb race, loved it.
In full: My first half & will most definitely be doing again - great flat course (apart from 1st mile) and challenging head wind along final 3 miles, bit of a bottle neck @ finish would be my only whinge, but overall; great race & organisation. Well done to organisers.

In short: Great 10k for all abilities.
In full: Great morning run in Sefton Park, well attended and good crowd support on a relatively flat course. My only minor gripe would be the race steward on entering the park could have done with a little more assistance in directing the traffic as he seemed overwhelmed by it all and maybe a few more toilets please; fantastic race, would def. do it again and recommend.
