In short: Very good event, a few tweaks and would be excellent.
In full: A couple of extra marshalls along the course to ensure correct route is taken would make all the difference. Very good value and goodies at the end, including tea and bacon buttie.

In short: It is what it is.
In full: It is not very scenic, and it is laps of a rowing lake, but, if the conditions are right i.e no wind, then this is a definite PB course. As long as you go there aware of this, use this one to chase PB's, choose other events for scenery etc.

In short: Tough, very hilly trail Marathon with stunning views.
In full: Great/tough route around the hills of dorking, great trail marathon, very rutted in places and oodles of hills (over 7000ft of climding according to my Garmin) but you get spectacular views over surrey when you get to the top of the hills. Really, really good trail running, very well organised and great atmosphere. Unless this is your 1st Marathon forget about the PB's and enjoy the route. Can see why it rated so highly last year and should do so again this year. Excellent.

In short: Great views, great goody bag, blimming tough hills.
In full: Fantastic trail marathon, but pretty tough with 5700 ft of climb. Stunning views and great organisation topped off with a fantastic goody bag and Soloman tech t. Same time next year.

In short: Hard, hilly, but the views are absolutely amazing
In full: Incredible event, the course itself is hard with the final 7 or so miles over the 7 sisters incredibly difficult, but along the whole course every climb reveals the most stunning views i have ever seen on a Marathon course. The villages you run through are small and charming with the locals cheering you on, the checkpoints have tea, sausage rolls, mini mars bars which i made use of (there goes the PB). This is really well run and marshalled, if you want a tough challenge with breathtaking scenery and friendly runners this is the event. Roll on next year.
