In short: Nicest marathon I have ever run In full: Beautiful scenery, well organised race and the most marshals Ive ever seen. Good support from the crowds and other runners families and good support at the finish line. Care was needed on the cattle grids and the many undulations meant that my toes bruised towards the end so I will tape them up next time. This is the first Fat Feet run I have done but will certainly do this again. Date of review: November 7, 2010
In short: Really good race on a cracking autumn day In full: Well organised race in a nice park, good medal and tee-shirt. Marked down slightly purely for the lack of PB potential and it would have been nice to have crowd support on the first slope. Thanks to the Marshals and the lady and young girl on the drinks station; those jelly babies were well needed.
