In short: flat course with no challenging hills. undulating. lovely scenery. could have done with another water station on hottest day of year so far. other than that couldn't fault it. Essex police runners - respect!

In short: extremely hot for running. earlier start may have benefitted runners on the difficult hilly course. well organised with tasty cakes at the end. useful shoebag. expecting a tshirt as per RW site. would prefer this run in evening at this time of year.

In short: great t shirt and bands on route. I was handed a 2km medal by mistake! so hopefully everyone reading this got given the correct one. Slower pacemakers set off at a shocking pace. Thank you 60 min pacemaker who was motivating and did as stated.

In short: pleasant run through woodland. several inclines. dissapointed that marshalls were "too encouraging " to an injured friend although i realise they had the best intentions
