In short: nice race, good distance, not too challenging.
In full: was a windy day, but the setting was nice, lots of straight flats to put the hammer down, definate PB potential, nice race for those who have run 10ks, and want to practise for Half Marathons...

In short: My first off roader, good fun!
In full: didn't know what to expect, what i got was a run mixed in this some running through the woods, very slippery, everyone falling all over the place (including me), but definately good fun!!

In short: Cardiac Hill not all its cracked up to be
In full: Was a weird distance to run, but it is ideal for those who are looking to make the step up from a 10k (6.1miles) to a half marathon (13.1miles/20k)...so an 8.5mile race is a nice distance.

i was quite busy, as its a fun run, not a race, but they still provided accurate chip timings so it was worth it.

Cardiac Hill isn't as bad as they say, so please don't let that put you off. Being a fun run and a number of childrens runs, provides good crowds...and also the fancy dress runners are out in force. :)

In short: Scenic, Great if the weather is nice
In full: Seemed a good race, nice views across teh malvern hills, with a good mix of country roads, and little villages to run through. There was a couple of climbs, but nothing too drastic.

maybe im being biased as i managed a PB there (1:44) but then i will be there next year, aiming to beat it.
