In short: A coastal undulating course which offers both a good challenge and value.
In full: A race runs along side the full Coastal marathon that offers good organisation and vaule in all areas. I was only let down this year by miss placed or missing mile markers that made race paceing far more difficult.

In short: A very good race that could easily be an excellent event with a little improvement
In full: This is a very good event that I sure brings in very good income for the club.
There is no doubt that it is a very good and challenging course with a good balance of hills. Some of the hills are a very good test on the legs
The course had marshals on each main point so there is no problems on this front.

To improve the race and make it a really truly excellent event both the parking and ratio of toilets must be looked at. Both had large queues and personally caused large delays before the event. With the narrow start and large field of 800+ starting pens based on estimated finishing times
would really help.

In short: Good 2.4 mile road run 9 miles of almost flat boggy biking followed by 4.5 miles of almost flat boggy XC run with 4 dykes for good measure.
In full: An entry of around 75 people with good parking, plenty of space, toilets (with hot water) make this very well organized event.
Little pricy but all profits do go to charity.
The race is 2.4 miles of seaside hard surface before the boggy mud starts. The biking is almost flat 2 laps of 4.5miles muddy marsh land with little chance to build much momentum. The XC run is a repeat of the 4.5 mile bike course which is now very cut up by 2 laps of the bikes. There is also 4 cold water filled dykes to run though.
All in all this is a very fun and friendy event which will make most people feel very welcome.

In short: Good Race - not sure about the official timing
In full: A good overall well organised race. However there was no clock at the finish line and my watch time was a full 7 sec faster then the official
race result time.

In short: Fast but tough
In full: A tough headwind for the final phase , short on drinks in the 2nd half , two small cups I think. Not too sure about the post race food of crisps and cakes. However who wouldn't want to run around such nice scenic sea views.

In short: An average race but no more.
In full: Would rather have a lower entry price and no T-shirt or medal. Not the flattest course but nothing to major.
