In short: A great race held in a superb location - watch out for the hills In full: I had a superb time doing this. The course is lovely but the hills at miles 3 and 20ish are hard hard hard - and going upto the castle in Tenby at the end is a killer. A really friendly race though and marshalls were great. God ordered in some super weather too. I did a 550 mile round trip to do this and it was worth it . Well done Wales!!! Date of review: September 27, 2010
In short: A great race - hilly first half then all down hill In full: I've done this for 2 years now and I reckon it is great fun. There's just the right amount of runners to make it interesting but no congestion. Support is quite good too. Parking etc v easy and a lovely pre start and finish atmosphere. This year's dhirt was nicer than last and all in all a v good event and well organised. Thanks Leeds! Date of review: July 10, 2009
In short: A bit boring and somehow they lost my result details In full: This is a 2 loop slog with not that many runners and is prone to bad weather due to location and it being in Feb. I'd definitely recommend that you take an Ipod as it can get lonely - v little support along the dull course. I ran this and did a PB - got the goody bag etc and had my result listed - but then to my surprise my details (along with the guy behind me) were removed. I have tried contacting them several times to resolve but just get ignored.
Result is I'd rather not run this again - but ok for a PB if the conditions prevail. Date of review: June 9, 2009
