In short: How the hell did i get mud there!
In full: Dr Rob and his team have provided yet again another event which leaves me in no doubt that i need some therapy!
i must be mental to put myself through the pain time and time again but always leave in some degree of satisfaction of my achievements.
I was left Disappointed by the promise of an xxl shirt at race finish but AS USUAL the Tshirt sizing debacle reared its ugly head. i have now done 4 trionium events and have yet to get the right size. (Dr Rob This could be simply fixed :(

In short: Beautifully Agonising
In full: I Really should see a psychiatrist i must be mental! my second trionium event after leith hill and as expected the organisation and marshalling were excellent as for the run itself what a real test of your character i truly hated part of the course (steps) and relished in others i kept asking myself why i was doing it but i have no answers!! i just know i want to do it again, my only gripe being the lack of xxl tshirts for my large frame

In full: Organised slightly better than last year however i would suggest just binning the t shirts as there are never enough in the relevant sizes i now have a new window cleaning cloth to go with last years!
there were also some slight issues with two ignorant/impatient car drivers at the woodland car park
there isnt much for spectators except an expensive cafe

In full: Started at the very back as the run started 10 minutes early! and unfortunatly at the same time as the 3.3km run so spent most of the 1st lap passing people in fancy dress etc. infact i spent the whole run passing people (for me thats a first!)i still have no idea of what the official times/placings are? other than that a very good run for beginners and the not so serious runner
