In short: Comments for 2012 Race - 5th Time ran event and will be back in 2013
In full: This was my 111th half and for any first timers who are thinking about doing a half marathon get yourself out there as value for money with a unique medal and great goody bag.

Enjoyable race and got under my target of 2 hours but for all those who just got around Well Done!. Tough Hill at 10 and a half miles but knew it was coming so saved my energy.

Organisation, Marshalls, First Aiders and crowd support excellent as per usual. Please Please Please can we just have smaller bottles of Powerade as easier to carry and not wasted.

All in all excellent race and I'll be back.

Message for Sharon runner 8875 you got under 2 hours I bet your pleased!

My condolescence also go out to for the runner who died at the end to his family and friends

In short: Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, my legs are feeling tired
In full: Thank you, thank you and thank you again to all the marshalls, supporters and runners on the day for getting me around. Felt good up to 7 miles then things started to get tough for me the last 6 and struggled the last 2 miles. No fault of the course just night before caught up with (camping, 6 mile walk and stomach problems not good preparation for a race). It was my birthday and also my 108th half so will put this in my top 10 for it's organisation, unique medal, value for money, chip timing on race number and not having to tie on to your trainers, challenging and mostly traffic free scenic course, loads of fruit bars, water and loads of bananas. Great marshalling and Organisation and support from all including those running the race. The course not as hilly as I expected and I will be back if anything and I'll stay in a Bed and Breakfast and enjoy the day even more and beat my time which I know I was capable of doing
Thanks again from 'Yannon's Dad' See you in 2012

In short: My 105th half Marathon and 3rd year in a row and I think I'll be back again
In full: Great Organisation and a challenging course to get you a PB. Water stations excellent with bottled water, marshalling great and what support there is along course was excellent and vocal. Chip timing, medal, t-shirt and goody bag for price really good. Slight congestion at start with slower runners but will take you a minute or so to pick up your own pace. Good run in after tackling slight hill at 10 and a half miles. Friendly atmosphere as always with other runners, marshalls and support.

In short: BRING IT ON FOR 2010
In full: Enjoyed the race - agree need more mile markers as didn't see the first one until 4 miles then realised going too fast. Will do again - great water stations, marshalling and support - glad of the Chip timing and the goody bag
