In short: Fab goody bag.
In full: Well organised race with a great goody bag. T Shirt, medal, what more could you want. Really congested at the start though, with slower runners lining up at the front which hold up faster runners behind them. It spoils a very well organised race.

In short: It's always good to support these sort of events.
In full: They are laid on by club members for club runners and non club runners alike. OK, so the course is 3 laps and running through the finish twice before you can finally stop is a bit tough, but it means for a traffic free and virtually flat 5 mile race. Being a public park you are always going to get undesirables and there was no exception on the night. I really don't appreciate getting second hand "pot" fumes blown at me as I run past. I guess if it had made me run faster then I would though ;-)

Good race. I'll be back again.

In short: Did I enjoy it? Well, yes. When you knock 22 minutes off your PB then it has to be goo.
In full: I found the constant running on the camber a little difficult and it would have been nicer to have been given a bit more room by some of the drivers (especially the lorries). I can't fault the organisation though. Top class.
