In full: My first marathon, apart from the mix up with buses,, thought it was very well organised. Thanks to the paramedic who rubbed my leg down with KY! Also to the fellow runner who helped me when I injured my ITB!Couldn t have finished with out their help! Loved the whole day.

In short: Lovely course but challenging especially the last two miles! A memento would have been nice, but tea and cake very welcome!

Weather and scenery beautiful.
I thoroughl enjoyed my first half-marathon, even if it was torture at times!!
