In short: Tough but very friendly, where do i sisn up for next year?
In full: Tough for the first 6k and running into a strong wind, with a killer hill at around 4 k. But once you got to half way it was pretty flat and had some nice welcoming down hill sections.a fantastic atmosphere with over 600 runners signed up.plus a beautiful course around the beautiful warwickshire countryside.Plus the results were on line the same day!

In short: hills hills and more hills!!!
In full: very tough 2 lap course, the hardest race ive ever took part in. at one stage i was running so slow up the hill i stopped and walked it was quicker!!i would say that this race is not suitable for beginners or those runners like me on the comeback trail!
