In short: fantastic race this year
In full: I ran this race last year and I wasn't happy with the organization. This year was very different, the organization was brill, the t-shirt was a really nice one, a nice sports drink at the finish line and I beat my course record by over 3 mins.

In short: the wind couldnt stop me
In full: My first bognor prom race and i loved it.
Yes the weather was windy, yes it was pooring down but
all of a second for it seemed to me for 44.03 or so it was magnificent.Although i was trying for a sub 40 and the fact that my garmin measured it to be 11.04km i still made a small dent on my p.b. and so didnt complain, even though on the back stretch it felt like a 13st man was pushing me back.
The croud were great and so was the organisation, i
thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back next year.. one small thing, it could do with online entry.. also the free paper was a marvelous and unexpected arrival.

In short: a new p.b.
In full: the organisation of this race is spectacular, if i had anything to moan about it would be that they almost need a staggered start, as there is so many racers the start is prety jam packed... but with a 44.26 (2.56) knocked off my p.b im happy

In short: that was amazing
In full: Now I am a novice at this and this is the longest i have ever ran, but, the atmosphere, although wet, was truely remarkable. The course itself was sooo fast and although my garmin was playing tricks with me and telling me i was running at 6kph I knew it was fast and ended up with an 84 min race time.. Next year I will start up with the whites or even orange though, as the walkers slowed me abit.Today though I am VERY sore
