In short: A day to remember
In full: My first marathon.. and what a day. I will never forget it. The organisation was excellent, the course speaks for itself and the crowd and support was amazing. Would recommend anyone thinking of doing the London Marathon, to go ahead an do it.. you won't regret it

In short: A good overall run with fantastic scenery
In full: A good 10k run that I would do again. No major grumbles apart from the packed train getting to Hampton Court, the dubious terrain and the water station at 5k giving cups, not bottles, of water. The course was not the best but OK. The scenery was about as good as it gets – flying geese and galloping deers. Recommend this 10k run to anyone.

In short: Nike went 4 glory with the stadium but the event was very poor
In full: Very disappointed with this as previous Nike runs have been very good. Why the concert? We are runners not ravers. The stadium was great to look at but that was about it. Getting out of the stadium was dreadful.. funnelling effect to the start line was chaos. The route was depressing. Too congested, no spectators and running in car parks & through industrial estates is far from ideal. Weather was poor.. but that's not Nike's fault. New location next year please.
