In short: Very well organised, great support from marshals and at drink stations
In full: A challenging run along a historic pilgrim's trail and it is rewarding to be able to look at the route on the Ordnance Survey map.

In short: Perfect trail marathon
In full: Ideal weather (fine but not hot), very well organised, well marshalled and waymarked, superb scenery, OK for drinks stations, great ambience, top quality race photography. Only niggles were too many faster runners starting early and results did not record every 5 year increment for Masters (I am M50 but was grouped with M45s)
