In short: Take out the Victoria Dock section of the course.
In full: No mile markers, but saw some painted on the road after the race! Ran by feel and on the one 13 mile sign I saw. The people on the course were very frienly and did their best. A lot of potential with the many changes that need to be made.

In short: Excellent organisation, which is the most important part to get right in a race.
In full: Nice route that would've been better without the wind, but can't choose the conditions, so certainly no fault there to anyone or for anything to do with the race as went like clockwork.
Nice to get a hat that can be used instead of a medal that would go straight in a box somewhere!

In short: Fancy the faster runners wanting to start near the front. Who'd have thought it?
In full: This is a race. The people competing for top places start near the front. Why should they move back to the middle of the pack to allow slower runners to start in front of them. This would lead to them being impeded and a far more dangerous situation at the start of a race on a narrow road. Far better the fact that people were lined up faster to slower.

In short: One not to be missed
In full: Can see why this race fills up everything about it is excellent. There's something to be said for a well organised race and this is just that, well done Wimborne AC.

In short: Expected much more in terms of organisation for a intercounties championship race
In full: Agree with all I've read on the poor km markers, lack of memento, claimed to be flat/undulating when hilly, the finish which was quite dangerous and to top it all I was missed off the race results.

Nice to have hot showers though.

In short: Couldn't fault anything in this race.
In full: Not the fastest course, but what it lacks in pb potential it gains in organisation. Well done Dorset Doddlers.

In short: Very misty to start with, but soon cleared up so we could see the countryside we were racing in. I had a personal best and won the ladies race, so no complaints from me!

In short: Tough, but very enjoyable!
In full: An excellently organised race. Superb views and friendly support along the course. Even with a small field of runners spread out I never felt alone. The course was tough, but having cycled it before I know what to expect and actually found the hill at mile 19 less of a problem on legs than on the bike! The massage for £5 at the finish was also excellent and value for money!
