In short: Excellent event, well organised - and hilly! In full: Great event. I did the 2011 race and while that was good, the organisers took on board many of the comments made last year and there were many improvements this year. Good race village, which was warm and had lots of space, esp slick organisation in the baggage room - rather impressed by the lady calling out the numbers as you walked in so they could find your bag more quickly!! Great support I thought, especially in Leigh. More support in fact than last year, much appreciated especially considering the weather and that much of the route is on country lanes i.e. not outside people's houses and not easily accessible given the roads are shut. Very good event overall. Date of review: September 24, 2012

In short: Lovely, if very hilly run in Kent countryside. Well organised. In full: Very good event. Well organised, especially considering it was the first time it was put on. Kelly Holmes was a nice touch and added to the day. Tough hills in part, miles 10 - 12 are hard, with minutes per mile increasing! Support excellent in places, such as Leigh, quieter in other places, but this was because it was in the middle of the country side, so not really places for anyone to stand... One comment, more music, especially live would be good in places. Date of review: September 28, 2011
