In short: Great race thanks to all involved! In full: First time here was a great race, would def come back again (even in rubbish traffic from north London), faultless organisation and course marking, great marshals, v scenic hilly course with lots of muddy bits, free cup of tea at end. What more is there to ask of a race? Lovely bugle playing too. Date of review: November 11, 2013
In short: Great race, great course, great organisation In full: Really enjoyed this one; great course with enough climbs to make it hard work, well organised and well marshalled with a great running shirt momento too. In short: Fast flat course and all money raisde for agreat cause In full: Fast course; flat as a stamp except one tiny climb and largely straight out and back sea front roads. Well organised with plenty of water stations and nice medal at the end. Could have done with more toilets and crowded at the finish line as medals handed out just afterwards, but small things for a great well organised race. Date of review: June 9, 2013
In short: Great race run like clockwork as usual In full: Great race this; hard enough to make a decent time a good result, supremely well organised and marsahalled and nice carnival style set up so well done on the 29th race. Looking forward to the 30th anniversay one next year! The mug is dishwasher proof so hey will be great for gardening. Date of review: May 19, 2013
In short: Great race, well organised, loved the medal In full: Less 'would you do it again?' than 'why didn't I run this one before?'. Great course and organisation, lovely village atmosphere and people, pre-race service was special as was the medal at the end. Plus glorious sunny day and autumn scenery. Can't ask for more!
