In short: Nice small undulating marathon with minimal fuss
In full: Nice small marathon, three loops need a bit of mental preparation ! Organisation was smooth and new finish location better close to sports centre. Only minor comment was the cold showers at then end, felt like someone had forget to switch on the water heater (chilly).

In short: Tough but very enjoyable
In full: Another great race from Dr Rob. Lots of hills, sand and tree roots but not too much mud!It was worth the climb to Leith Hill for all the downhill on the way back!

In short: Fantastic race as usual. Great fancy dress. Nice soup and cheese rolls at the end.
In full: The best way to start the new year. Great organisation and a tough but enjoyable course. It was good to go across the stepping stones this year. Thanks to the marshalls and to Dr Rob and family for organising the race.

In short: Fantastic but tough race with great views and good organisation
In full: Great challenging marathon, lots of steep climbs and decents (apparently a vertical mile of climbing) and very rough under foot. Well organised with friendly marshalls and cooked breakfast at the end. Fantastic views as you hit the hill tops and the good fortune to have great weather.

In short: Fantastic race, well done Doctor Rob and all the marshalls
In full: Great local low key race across Ashtead common. Organised by Rob of the Ashtead Running Group as an eco race which was a good idea, a well recommended race. Thanks to Nicky and Alan from Run to Live for the water and encouragement half way round. A few people got stung by some wasps as they ran past a nest which was unfortunate but just one of those things and the marshalls responded well.

In short: Great small countryside marathon - highly recommended
In full: Great local marathon, 250 runners, organisation was perfect and no fuss, plenty of marshalls and nice scenic route. Showers at the end were good. Fairly challenging and the short hills really take it out of your legs. Good for spectators who can drive to see you at different places on the route. Nice medal. Well done to the organisers, you did a really great job today.

In short: Undulating windy course made a good marathon warm up race
In full: Good race which was well organised. Only feedback would be some more signs on how to find Dunsfold. Windy on the airfield as always and a few hills on the route to keep you challenged. Friendly marshals. A good day out
