In short: Second year and will be back next year
In full: The course is a tough one (for me anyway) and rarely stops going up and down but it is beautiful. Good T-shirt and medal and chip timed helps make the cost seem not so bad and it must take some organising.

In short: Hot and Hilly but a really great event.
In full: Friendly crowds, good organisation and brilliant marshalls are what made this special for me. It was tougher than I expected but I guess the heat has as much to do with that as the hills. Good goody bag rounded it off nicely.

I for one prefer a plain Tee to a technical Tee if anybody's counting votes!

In short: Despite the weather .... loved it.
In full: Thanks to all the Marshalls - can't be much fun standing out in that lot.

Loved the race despite the weather. Just hilly enough to be a real slog.

In short: Loved it - challenging but friendly. Some minor orgaisation issues.
In full: The marshalls were great but there needed to be more of them and the mile markers on the 21 were a bit off at the end ... but all easily forgiveable for what was a challenging but enjoyale race.

Lovely competitors, lovely organisers, lovely hills .... and Jaffa cakes!

In short: Good race - shame about the start organisation
In full: The start needs sorting - better PA and target times to split runners out. The rest of the race was fine but surely Nike could have sorted out some decent goody bags?

In short: Second year for me and enjoyed it despite the weather
In full: The weather was shocking but everything that the organisers could control was spot on. The free soup was much needed and I'm looking forward to the beer!

In short: Hilly ... but in a satisfying way!
In full: Good race and well marshalled. Everything was very well organised but the start lets it down. Too congested and surely full chip timing rather than gun to chip would help.

Much better for being undulating rather than flat.

In short: Is it just me that wants the hill back
In full: Enjoyed it again and the rain stopped at the right time. the course change has got a lot of positive feedback but i think it's a pity to see the big challenge removed.

I'll be back ....

In short: Loved the challenge - shame about second drinks station.
In full: Enjoyed the challenge and glad the rain held off. Start was a little bit chaotic and to have one of the two water stations unmanned was unforgiveable. Was promised lessons will be learnt for next year and will be back.

And it may not be a PB course ... but I set a 10M PB :-)
