In short: It's hard not to fall in love with this race, the fact its been ran for 30 years is a real tribute to those who make the effort to organise it! well done!

In short: Amazing crowd support!, and a flat but not boring course!

In short: A unique 5 mile race along both sides of the river, relatively flat so does have pb potential, only downside was the multiple crossings on the bridges and the sharp turns on and off them, apart from that i enjoyed my run!

In short: Excellent race and atmosphere (expect hills if you choose to run it), have done it twice in a row now and will hopefully be doing it every year for a while! see you next year ;)

In short: Did the race for its potential for fast times and as a result i smashed my 10k PB by 2 Minutes at-least! I enjoyed running around the Grand Prix Circuit it was a unique experience.

In short: Great experience and a great first10k pb sub 35. Loved the stadium finish. It certainly encouraged me to do more road races
