In short: Special race for special people doing amazing things to help those in need.
In full: My second marathon both in London and a great opportunity for running/racing in a very charged atmosphere. You can't get this atmosphere and emotion anywhere else. I did a 3.40 run, 8 minutes faster than previous which included a few walks, wasn't helped by the fact my Garmin failed at the start... I can't believe with everything you get in this race for a mere £28.00 that people moan about the t-shirt, what more do you guys want?

In short: Very tough course, killer up hills and down hills but a friendly race, great atmosphere.
In full: A very surreal experience, passing a congregation outside the church singing hymns as you went past was the strangest race moment I have ever had, but made me smile. Tons of community support all the way around. Thought the hill between miles 2-5 was never going to end. All in all a very enjoyable race. I finished in under 1:32, considering the hills, I was really pleased with this, but don't expect a personal best in this race. Just do it for the atmosphere...

In full: Excellent race, very well organised as usual. Course was much better and quicker than the 2008 one (but still hilly). Great Marshals giving encouragement all the way around. A race full of friendly faces but still has that element of competition about it, a perfect mix.
