In short: Good but could have been great
In full: OK the weather was poor but...Ive been to football at that stadium with 15000 people and parking is less of an issue than with 3000 runners. Baggage lorries? Why use them when you have a stadium to store bags in. In London with 40,000 runners they move your bag 26m and have it ready for you when you finish. In MK you queue for 20 mins and they cant find it. Could have used the stadium so much better, everyone was crowded around the one entrance that was open, in such atrocious conditions why not open more doors? Goody bag poor. Support amazing, marshals the best. Decent first attempt but lessons to be learned.

In short: Excellent, Bedford Harriers organise the best races!
In full: This is the 2nd Bedford Harriers event I have done. Once again they prove that running clubs organise better events than the commercial companies. organised by runners for runners, excellent Rugby Shirt. Thanks and well done. Oh a PB too.

In short: Ok, not as advertised, too short, too commercial
In full: I was really looking forward to this but it didn't deliver what it promised.
Distance can't have been more than 9 miles they said 11. Congested with too many slow runners going at the front. Parking terrible.
It was fun but could have been so much better!

In short: Fantastic, the best marshals ever, really fast course, very friendly race, you have to do this!!
In full: Great organisation, flat course, the marshals were fantastic, (so enthusiastic with their support that I felt I needed to explain I wasn't winning),presented a medal from a GB runner, and this good even in the wind and rain. I got a PB by 20 mins (fast course). Only one glitch, why ask what size t- shirt you need when they dont have them at the finish.

In short: 3rd year on the trot and the best organised yet. Well done, great fun!!!
In full: My local race so I have done this three times and it's definitely getting better. Great weather, decent time, good marshals. The medals getting boring though, can we have a different one next year.
