In short: Absolutely Brilliant!
In full: First time of doing the slog and what fun I had! Mud galore, I slipping and sliding everywhere, the sheep deep was hilarious, marshalls shouting"get in there" to the shreeks of delight from spectators, two cracking slippy hills and a stream (or bath as another marshall put it) to wade through, running through fields right next to cows and all the delights they had deposited, is not something you would normally experience! The organisation was exceptional, facilites were spot on and well the course itself just fantastic! And to top it all you get a great t-shirt and goody bag! If you do any race make it this one, 9.1 miles of absolute delight, I ran, well plodded all the way around with a huge grin on my face! Well done to everyone who organised it, you should be so proud, a truly fantastic race.

In short: Really well organised race
In full: Well done to everyone involved in this race, organisation was great, lots of announcements, the marshalls were fantastic, chip timing and immediate results. Pretty flat course, would be faster if the weather was dry but a few squelchy mud patches to deal with! All round great 10K, you get a tshirt, banana and water at the end - what more could you want for £15!

In short: Loved it!
In full: Great local race, heard that first 20 runners ran the wrong way and therefore the course was short for them, which is a real shame for both runners and organisers. My garmin measured 6.27miles so accurate for me. Pleased with my time of 45mins. Lovely scenic route, which I thought was well marshalled, lots of support throughout, weather perfect! Obviously have to mention the hills, they were a real pleasure - NOT!! Found Frenchay Hill the worst, was glad of the water at the top! Will definately be back next year £12 is a total bargain for this race! Great to have a chip timing aswell - really hope the results get published!
