In short: Fantastic
In full: This event has got to be the best camping weekend possible. The 10k course is hard but really enjoyable. The atmosphere is excellent with teams cheering each other on all day and into the night. An attractive venue and well organised. Yes, it may not all run perfectly but what can you expect with 2500 people camped in a park together? Thoroughly enjoyable, after 2 years its now the highlight of my running calendar. Cannot wait for TR2013.

In short: one of my favourites
In full: a great race, mostly on grass and tracks with some road sections. can be wet and muddy due to the time of year but that just adds to the challenge.

In short: new course this year but still a flat one.
In full: didnt like the start area as much as the previous one (on the cycle track) but still a great race to take part in, no hills so it has pb potential. did my best time for 3 years today.

In short: running on grass is tough!
In full: a glorious location but hard work. not many club runners here as its a charity event so i had the unusual experience of being amongst the first finishers. still my slowest 10k of the season though due to the terrain and 2 steep climbs.
