In short: Boring course, but fantastic organsiation. In full: I was told that this was a PB couse so was surprised to find so many hills, albeit small ones! The stretch of route round the business park was very depressing... Can't fault the organisation, marshalls and support though. Date of review: October 30, 2011

In short: Fabulous organisation In full: The weather couldn't have been much worse, but that didn't dampen the spirits of the excellent marshalls. The convoluted route meant that there were marshalls everywhere, I was impressed that they were all smiling and some were even clapping whilst holding a brolly! The wet weather meant that it was a little slippy under foot, but warnings of upcoming conditions were plentiful. Thank you to everyone who got soaked this morning so that we could run. In short: Hard but rewarding race & fantastic organisation In full: Couldn't fault the race organisation - the marshalls were fantastic & the jelly babies really welcome. The 'undulating' nature of the course helped the miles slip by! Date of review: March 14, 2010

In short: Only six loos In full: Luckily I was tipped off about the queue which took half an hour to get through & timed it perfectly, but what about the hundreds behind me? Why is it that drivers in Stroud are unable to switch off their engines when they are stationary? Apart from that, an ok race, I didn't enjoy the single file sections, especially as there were a lot of walkers to get past. Date of review: October 29, 2009

In short: Fantastic organisation & really friendly In full: I can't say anything bad about this race - it ran like clockwork. The marshalls & supporters on route were efficient & friendly. The children on top of the car at about 5 miles win the prize for the noisiest supporters ever. Anyone doing Bristol today made the wrong choice. Please do another one!
