In short: The Wind
In full: The wind was much more than I expected around the circuit and I missed a PB as a result, however im happy with my time conditions.

Took over an hour to get out of the car park after a hard race when everyone wants to get home, no marshalls in the car park leads to chaos and for this reason I will never do this race again and that is a shame.

In short: Really enjoyed this one.
In full: First time and really enjoyed running the race this morning. Not as easy as I was told though, downhill section really took it aout of my legs but still a few mins up on Cardiff last week. Nice atmosphere and friendly marshalls, water stations a plenty and a nice finish at the race track. Nice touch to have the Mayor give out the medals, see you next year.
