In short: Continues to deliver a great race. Always say it's my favourite 10k of the year and not disappointed again this year. Also the best value race around.

In short: Enjoyable even though wet.
In full: Re-iterating what others have said about the start as it probably cost me 40seconds to a minute and could be avoided. Always been the same though so knew what to expect.

In short: Great race shame it's terrible value
In full: Really was disappointed with the naff medal. Was looking forward to a T for the money. Shame as it spoilt an excellent event.

In short: Apart from missing a few K markers it was perfect, best value 10k I have ever done.

In short: Only one water station was a problem this year in the heat, course is possibly a little short. Problems with Traffic at 1.5k in housing estate nearly got run over and also at 8k near Garden Centre. Finish problems with public colliding with runners.
