In short: A nice race, scenery a bit boring as there's no change.
In full: As above, but not much shelter from the rain. No information about the start, lack of commentating and there was quite a bit of jostling at the start. The medal wasn't that great - the one I got at the Herts 10K was much nicer! The drummers were a nice touch though. I might do it again, but am in no great rush to.

In short: Timing Chip - boo!
In full: I've already left my ratings but I've had problems with the timing chip - I didn't want to wear it on my ankle and checked with registration who said I could wear it anywhere. Apparently you can't and as a result I haven't got a timed result which I'm very disappointed with :-( Wish I had known that, staff poorly informed.

In short: My first ever race and it was fantastic, I loved every minute of it!
