In short: Great race, well run, with good running
In full: Good organisation; chip timed, well marshaled. Nice atmosphere, great T-shirt - subtle, technical and uncluttered. Couldn't ask for more. Nice to see the Black Swan offering an extra drinks station, sadly only squash ;-) Got a pb which helps!

In short: my favourite event of the year
In full: 4th year in a row, and still love it. Great atmosphere, real mix of terrain(and weather!)
Free soup and a roll, great cakes, got a massage and a goody bag AND a commemorative Buff, did a personal best for the course. Still buzzing. Well done Congleton Harriers

In short: Great day, great weather, great route and well organised
In full: Thanks to Congleton Harriers and all the marshalls; another good one.
A year older and 10 minutes slower :-( but thoroughly enjoyed it!
Would have preferred a bag stowage given the distance from the various car parks, but it wasn't unmanagable. Was very glad of the soup. Thanks to all organisers, I'll be back for sure

In short: sensible decision to re-route, great run anyway
In full: Gutted not to have the chance to run the Roaches in my Santa suit, but given the weather(near blizzard conditions , then bright sunshine, then snow++ again!) it would have been irresponsible of the organisers to let it go ahead on original route.
Great atmosphere, bagpipes, mad fancy dress, 2" of snow, free socks, and all names on back of race t-shirts(l/sleeve £9, thankyou), still a challenging 5-mile run round Tittesworth reservoir given the conditions. Always a tough call, but the right one.
Well done Staffs Moorlands, will be back next year, hope to make it up the hill in 2010!

In short: Fast out, slower, up hills back. Good atmosphere, good route. Challenging!
In full: Excellent course, good varied trail and path. Outward (flat, fast)leg didn't give you a clue about the repetitive uphill legs on the way back - and that last slog up to the finish.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks very much. I heard over £500 raised for Buxton Mountain Rescue, who provided the marshalling.
Well done Wilmslow RC!

In short: What a great feeling! Great multi terrain, really varied, good views, hard hills, mud and rock. Loved it, will be back next year
In full: Good value run for £5. Excellent to have secure storage for bags as well signed car parks were a few hundred yards away. Free soup / roll/ squash brilliant. Good atmosphere, and a decent t-shirt to buy afterwards(£8) - actually a fairly cool, minimalistic design you could actually wear out+about! Well done Congleton Harriers
