In short: Good run, sun was out as were the spectators at the pubs lucky them
In full: Excellently organised race, route has changed over the years and is much better. More loos in the first few miles may stop the number who take a break and reduce residents complaints. Lovely day lots of support

In short: Sunday morning wake up canal run
In full: Good off road sections with a couple of miles road sections. Running next to the canal you only need to watch out for dog walkers and the occasional low bridge. Fairly fast run good for everyone.

In short: Trail and hills
In full: Well organised race. Demanding hills and trails. Probably not for a PB but who cares about that? Support mainly from other runners and at the drinks stations nice to get gels and other drinks at the stations.

In short: Good fairly flat race, Fun lots of supporters
In full: Great warm up. Thought the sub woofer and CD stereo in the car providing the backing music for the warm up was typical student but it did the job. Interesting start and fairly fast pace, not a huge amount of runners and I guess a lot of first timers. Loads of support and a great goody bag.
