In short: Great for getting that PB
In full: Don't be put off by the laps, counting 17 made a marathon seem more bearable. This is not a flat course but as it is laps you are able to pace yourself accordingly knowing what you need in the tank. Lovely race, great for beginners and experts alike... Bring able to have your own table with your drinks was a nice touch. Well done Kent Roadrunners... One of my new favourite runs but I am basis as I achieved a long chased PB!

In short: Those hills hurt!!
In full: It was a tough race, with some nasty hills. The organisation went well and there seemed to be plenty of loos, as I never had to wait! This is a great training run for a spring marathon. The Pacers were a great touch, thanks 1hr58min man.

In short: Great marshals, great support, and flat!
In full: Had a really enjoyable run.... This race is flat and greatly organised. It had a lovely atmosphere and everyone was very encouraging. Great PB and I achieved mine... Would recommend this enough runners that you don't spend miles on your own.

In short: Fantastic race....
In full: Great race... Was highly enjoyable, but the last 6 miles were really tough. The scenery, the conditions, the atmosphere... Wow. I would do this again. Only moan is that the buses take longer than I expected to get to the start and the women were ready to burst by the time we stopped.... Blokes got to relieve themselves when the bus stopped enroute!

In short: Marshalls were fab... lovely course... grogeous Sunday run
In full: This was a really enjoyable race that was really well marshalled. The route was fairly flat with some inclines... but definitely potential for PB. Only pain was the parking... more residential parking than implied and school was full by the time I got there... but would defo do this race again.

In short: Was a good day for a run
In full: The first hill was a killer, then some pleasant lanes to get into your stride... great water stops, thanks to the Marshalls and not sure if i was pleased or disapointed that it was 20.5miles. Great training for VLM.. and left on a high.
