In short: Fantastic & uplifting can't thank the organisers enough.
In full: After 34 yrs marriage 3 children & 1 granchild this ranks, on a personal level longside. Fantastic organisation from underground to finishline can't thank all involved enough, and the crowds wow just the best. If the world could take this event bottle it & each warring zone sip from it's golden cup, no longer would we have any ill's. Thankyou Virgin.

In full: First time at Liverpool, most enjoyable event, did find the start / finish a tad tight as previously mentioned, good head wind on last leg along side river made for extra effort but got a PB so very pleased, goody bag was disapointing but I did manage to get a Tee-shirt in medium. Good support around course and at finish, many thanks to marshalls organisers and the people of Liverpool.

In short: First marathon, but what a first it had everything, wind rain fog mud sludge, oh and a few steps!!! fantastic marshalls
In full: Many thanks to all involved in making this one of the best events in the running calander the marshalls & check point teams are a breed apart and without there smiles along the miles I would have found it even harder, to stand on top of hills in thick fog encouraging everyone handing out tea, water, buns, soup, bananas, mars & milky way bars (missed the sausage rolls) thank you Eastbourne for a great week-end, I will be back next year.
