In short: Fast & flat. Not much scenery, but a superb day weather-wise and the venue itself offers some interest. Shame about the nightmare getting out of the car park!

In short: Despite the constant drizzle, this race was a delight. My first triathlon, I did the sprint distance and got round in 1:21, well inside my target. Already signed up for Olympic next year.

In short: The course was terrible, running through Wembley Industrial Estate could not have been less inspiring. The lack of information over start times (and what turned out to be over half an hour delay) didn't inspire confidence. Expected better.

In short: Great scenery for the first six miles around the nicest parts of London. Got a bit repetitive looping round the park, but still beautiful. Lovely long gentle decline and clear view running into the finish.
