In short: good fun race, very well organised
In full: thanks to all involved in organising this great race, especially Dr Rob and the marshals. I loved it. There's something for everyone - from those that want a real challenge in 26.2m to those who do it for the goodies at the end with a medal, top (with name on it), and a mug.

In short: tough but beautiful
In full: great run, gorgeous views across the South Downs and surrounding area, good signage when needed.

Very good value, and increadibly friendly organisers/volunteers. Thanks for making it a lovely day out. Next time though can you turn down the thermostat a few degrees please?

In short: cold, fun but could be better
In full: what a fantastic race, I'm still bearing the battle scars from encounters with the ice!

But, why is there not better signage to the race, from the amount of people I saw doing u turns on the way there I wasn't the only one to find it difficult to get there and the maps/directions didn't help once you got near.

Yes, there was a delay and it was announced on the PA system, but unless you were at the front of the queue you hadnt a chance of hearing it.

And I've never seen such miserable marshalls, I know it was cold, but on the way in and out all they did was stand in the middle of the road. I suppose in the cold conidtions they were just doing impressions of snowmen, and as useful!

Still, had a great time, but next time can the organisers please be ready for cold conditions?

In short: my new favourtite race
In full: having not done this before I didn't realise it would be quite SO challenging. But that made if it all the more fun in what was an exceptionally organised race in an amazing setting.

In short: what a great run, fantastically organised
In full: this is the second time I've done this race, and one of the great things about this year is the way they've tried to act on the feedback they've had. Not many organisers go to that extent for their runners! And the result is a race that's very well organised, across beautiful, if at times punishing scenery! I'll be there next year

In short: better than promised...
In full: they even managed to organise the perfect conditions for a brilliant race. I can only reflect other people's compliments of the fantastic marshalls and overall organisation. I loved it, even if it did hurt!

In short: a great race for a negative split!
In full: having all the hills in the first half looks tough on paper, but makes great running for a negative split! Great race, well organised and good support all round. One suggestion - signposting that the drinks stations are coming up? As they were surrounded by the crowds I wasn't expecting them - nearly missed two. Or maybe I should buy some glasses to run in?

In short: Beautiful scenery, well organised, well worth it
In full: really enjoyed it - great place to run, well organised with lots of friendly faces, and a challenging course without being too evil. Will be back
