In short: Organisation was good and marshalling also. Did not like the run round the track at the end, why can't that bit be at the start, I suppose the elites like a bit of a chase at the end but for some of us that bit is so hard.
In full: It was a PB for me but I am not sure if I would do it again as I don't really like the openess of running on runway tracks and seeing just how far I have to go and how far others are in front.

In short: Flat/undulating, who they trying to kid, killer hill!!!
In full: No medal and quite dear for that. The Calne 10k was much better value and had very few runners. Re-think needed
