In short: Uphill 5k, dwnhill 5K
In full: Great race - that opening 5k is challenging in places but nothing to get real aches from. However combined illness (dizziness and sick feeling in places) and lack of running in the previous 2 weeks led to some walking. Thankfully it is well organised, the kids pictures on route and the views keep your mind occupied and the jelly sweet at 7K was a lovely touch. I will be back next year to complete without walking and break my current (shocking!) time

In short: Good location, trail and road run
In full: I loved the idea of running for a pudding and was over the moon with an additional santa medal! The race was great - I managed the uphill both times round even though it was pretty muddy up the first bit. Only my second race ever and I would love to do it again.
