In short: Will be back next year
In full: parking a little dodgy but otherwise ticks all the right boxes and I got a PB :-)which is always good. (especially at my age)

In short: decent race
In full: tech shirt sports drink well marshalled. Not really a PB course but i got one which made for a pleasing morning. Stuart Storey jokes about some not coming back would have been amusing if events at Peterborogh last week were different :-( He could not have known as he was in India. That said would def do again

In short: only a cup of water and another race flyer for my efforts!!!!!!
In full: nice enough race but at no point was I directed to the school to collect a T shirt. The car park was near the start and finish and I had no need to register. Have contacted organisers and they have not responded so unfortunately a bit of a thumbs down report :-(

In short: Great race would do again especially as i got a PB :-)
In full: Very flat (only one short rise to speak of). Plenty of water (every 2 miles) nice rucksac and cheap entry. No toilets (which we knew about) but plenty of trees. Supportive marshalls

In short: Nice course with PB potential - money to good cause
In full: Standing in the wind on the airfield waiting for a bus for nearly 20 mins was not a great start. Being told off by marshalls and police at start for standing in the road when there were 500 runners trying to make their way to the start was a bit pointless but otherwise an enjoyable morning out.

In short: Was there any flat bits??????
In full: Great fitness tester. I failed :-( It was very well organised and the marshalls very encouraging. Decent goody bag and long sleeve T. (shame about sponsor stuff on back) Despite previous reviews the lap of the field @ end caught me off gaurd

In short: Well organised - would do again
In full: Some nice touches. Beer at the end and although not a big beer drinker this went down well on New Years day. The Free photos on the informative web site are a plus if you can be bothered to look through them all. If you like bagpipes this is a race to enter. Could I suggest the organisers put him at the bottom of the hill next time so that you are running away from him rather than toward him up the hill.

In short: Tough. Made harder with the weather. Brilliant day
In full: Stunning Race. Would like to do this again at some point. Be more prepared for Waun Fawr. Would also walk to the start or be dropped at Nant Peris as little point in going to Llanberis as I had already registered.
